Adventures on Two Wheels - RTW by Bicycle - 40k km, 3 years, 5 continents!
We are Louisa & Tobi, a couple from Germany, and for almost three years we cycled the world!
To travel our planet was a dream come true for us, especially to see it by bike. We went slow, but still crossed continents, and felt every little geographical & cultural change along the way.
In April 2024, our journey ended in Japan. After cycling 40,000 km and being away from home for two years and ten months, we decided it was time for a new chapter in our lives.

By the way, for the first 23 months of our journey we were known as Chains & Chords, as we were traveling with a guitar. However, circumstances changed and we eventually decided to leave it behind and also "rebrand". If you're interested, you will still find some music content on our channel, so take a look!

This is a really great idea - I never thought to replace the Trangia alcohol buner with a multifuel burner - there is the gas burner option, but for some reason I never considered using an alternative. I even own a MSR whisperlite! If i ever do a long distance tour or high altitudes, I'm going to copy this! Great advice, thank you!
